We built a Salon Booking application for our client, a leading chain of luxury spas in the US, Artha Spa. They were facing issues in keeping the connection with their customers which results in a sudden decrease in subscriptions and repeat bookings. The existing app of the Athra Spa was not up to the exact expectations of the customers. We at Seasia Infotech pledge to completely revamp the online experience for the customers via creating a new customer-friendly app by keeping in mind their exact needs. The Salon Booking App designed by Seasia for the Artha SPA is experiencing huge interest from customers and is being used again and again for the convenience it provides to its customers.

The Artha, spa booking app helps to prevent all the challenges that customers used to face earlier. It allows automated check-ins, enables staff to sell retail merchandise from anywhere and let the clients book appointments online. We have incorporated some more exclusive features which captures the attention of many customers. It consists of Real-time alerts & online chat options which helps to provide connectivity between the staff & clients. As our client thought that the re-bookings are the best practice to enhance their business. Hence, we combined a re-booking option into the self-checkout system in the App. This app also provides an AI-enabled Marketing feature wherein Discount Offers are sent to Clients based on their earlier booking patterns.
