Challenge

- Laybyland transitioned from B2C to online multi-vendor marketplace model. - Data Consolidation Problem: Business operated in 3 countries, 2 installment methods, 5 websites integrated with 1 ERP - Full ownership & management of the payment process without dependence on a third party. - Continuously upgrade the system to meet the development of the business model and optimize user experience. + Payment: from 2 to more than 15 + Number of SKUs: from 10K up to more than 400K + Number of installment orders in active status at a time: from several hundred to more than 10K + Revenue of each website: 30 million USD/website

Solution

- Deploy an eCommerce marketplace with Marketplacer, synchronize data with Magento 2. - Business Analysis: discuss and analyze thoroughly to come up with a long-term development plan for the entire system as well as detailed plans for each specific stage. - Synchronize data from Magento 2 to Marketplacer. - The initial system design is extremely flexible, the admin server and the website are completely separate, to optimize the performance of processes in the system. - The entire system is hosted on AWS to ensure a consistent system, cash flow is always smooth and secure no matter how high the number of transactions.
