Challenge

The challenge was to design a workflow that could prepare useful draft outputs from structured request information while keeping the final decision and approval with a human.

Solution

Selenicore designed a draft and materials automation pattern that turns reviewed request data into practical draft outputs. The workflow can prepare response drafts, internal notes, follow-up actions, summaries, or supporting materials based on the available context and business rules.

The system is built to assist the team, not replace it. Drafts are generated in a reviewable format, missing information can be flagged, and users can approve, edit, or reject the output before anything is sent or used.

This approach combines workflow automation, structured data, and AI-assisted drafting to reduce repetitive writing while keeping quality control and human judgment in the process.
