Our Client, Zapp360, aimed to introduce a new approach to advertising, providing marketers with a straightforward yet powerful tool to deliver ads through messaging targeted to reach the right person, in the right location, at the right moment.

Solution
We designed the product to be flexible, allowing it to scale and adapt to the fast-evolving business environment. Our key efforts included developing the AdMessenger MVP, its extension with a performance tracking portal, mobile and web SDKs, and apps. We extended the MVP into a white-label, self-service platform for marketing agencies and publisher groups. To enhance cost-efficiency and scalability, we migrated the codebase hosting and hardware infrastructure to AWS. Additionally, we automated internal AdOps processes to streamline ad trafficking and monitoring, supporting over 500 active campaigns per AdOps team member and improving overall performance and efficiency.

We helped Zapp360 to transform their idea into a live, revenue-generating platform within just six months. Three years post-launch, the product was acquired by media giant A4 Media. Sigma Software continues to be a key technology partner, providing ongoing development and support.
