They managed their practice with a series of administrative tools, including a custom CRM, a medical record system, and a patient-facing iOS app. However, they wanted to automate a bunch of these processes, which required further backend development.

Solution
They already had the basic MVP of their CRM, so Sloboda Studio was responsible for building out our system’s backend features using Ruby on Rails.
To automate their administrative processes, the team focused on connecting their custom CRM, medical system, and iOS app together. They refined their APIs so that we could send data from their CRM to the medical system and vice versa (e.g., clinical outcomes, patient appointments, emails), and they also enhanced our iOS app’s backend, which allowed it to connect to their medical system’s API.
