Currently, this process is manual and labor-intensive, with a dedicated employee required to export and upload product details and images daily from Windward System 5. The client seeks an innovative solution to streamline and automate this process, aiming to reduce manual effort, increase update frequency, and enhance operational efficiency. The objective is to simplify bulk ordering for their child stores while maintaining accurate and timely inventory information with minimal manual intervention.

Solution
After in-depth research on Windward System 5, we've developed a solution leveraging its API for seamless integration between the client's local software and our cloud website. This enables real-time stock updates, new product additions, and streamlined order management, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.

Our project with Atlas Dollar Deals focused on enhancing both the front-end for affiliate stores and backend operations. We implemented features like secure login, bulk ordering, a POS-style interface, and efficient account management to simplify user interactions. On the backend, we introduced a centralized dashboard, enhanced security, and advanced inventory management, improving real-time updates and system integrity. These improvements streamline ordering and inventory management, making the overall process more efficient for Atlas Dollar Deals and its affiliates.
