Phase 1: Requirements gathering and planning
Conducted requirement gathering sessions in detail with stakeholders for understanding needs and challenges.
Defined the scope, objectives, and success metrics for the projects.
Wireframes and mockups of the new platform developed.
Phase 2 Data Management Platform Development

Back-end: Drupal 10, for robust Content Management with Analytics
Front-end: Drupal, for a responsive and dynamic User Interface.
API integration: Custom APIs for seamless communication and data security.
Additional tools: Power BI for advanced data visualization and dashboard integration.
Key Features:
Data Management: Data classification, organization, and cataloging features were implemented to help users in managing data products.
Data Discovery: Search and discovery features allow the user to find and get access to the desired data products.
Data Sharing: Enabled secure sharing of data between different organizations through a single platform.
User Management: Robust login management and user–role-based functionality to ensure secure access and data integrity measures. The second aspect was reporting and dashboards, set up to drive effective decisions by the user with in-depth insights and visualizations done by the incorporation of Power BI dashboards.
Testing and Quality Assurance – Phase 3
Provided complete testing, unit tests, integration tests, and UAT to ensure platform reliability and performance. Introduced automated testing tools in order to monitor code quality continuously in maintenance.
Phase 4: Deployment and Training
Deployed the new data management platform on Abu Dhabi government's servers, ensuring smooth migration from the old system to the new platform.
Provided detailed training sessions for government staff in using the new tool's management and operations.
