The solution combined brand design, UX logic, and UI components into a single coherent system built around clarity, hierarchy, and subtle motion.
Key design principles included:
- Dark-mode UI optimized for long working sessions;
- Clear modular structure for tasks, analytics, planner, and AI assistant;
- Minimalist visual language with a strong emphasis on spacing and rhythm;
- Subtle motion and micro-interactions to highlight AI suggestions;
- A calm color system that reinforces focus and reduces visual noise.
