To address this, establishing a reliable communication medium that outlines all guidelines beforehand is essential.
Given that domestic jobs are often informal, another challenge is verifying the profiles of candidates and ensuring they have the appropriate certificates.
From a design perspective, creating a professional appearance with a clear UI was crucial, so users can easily find relevant information. Since this platform is user-oriented, implementing robust security measures for user data was a top priority to ensure trust and reliability.

To ensure authentic job seeker profiles, our solution includes mandatory document verification (e.g., passports) during profile creation on Job Book. Candidates can search for jobs using filters, but applications are only allowed after verification. For employers, the platform supports job postings with essential details like accommodation and benefits, while agencies can manage domestic worker hiring, ensuring clear policies and decent working conditions.
