Challenge
We faced a few tough spots while making the Caregiver App. Caregivers had trouble talking to patients, family, and doctors smoothly. It was also hard to keep track of tasks like appointments and medicine timings. Plus, we had to make sure that patient info stayed safe from hackers.
We faced a few tough spots while making the Caregiver App. Caregivers had trouble talking to patients, family, and doctors smoothly. It was also hard to keep track of tasks like appointments and medicine timings. Plus, we had to make sure that patient info stayed safe from hackers.
Solution
To fix these issues, we made some cool changes to the app. Caregivers could now see and update schedules in real-time. They could also check important patient details anytime. We added a feature to track visits using GPS, so everyone knew when caregivers arrived and left. And we used super-strong security to protect patient info.

Results
Our changes made a big difference. Caregivers could talk to each other and patients better, which made care smoother. Managing tasks became easier, with fewer mistakes. Agencies and patients saved money because they didn't need as much in-person care. And caregivers felt less stressed, making life better for everyone involved.
