To help the client, we made several improvements. We separated printing and WhatsApp sending for faster work and used a smart database system called PostgreSQL to help messages move between systems more efficiently. We also used modern .NET technology to manage data better and made our billing system more scalable. Plus, we created a Self-Billing option for customers to handle bills themselves, and we integrated a secure payment method right into WhatsApp for easy payments.
