ConfirmTkt approached us with the idea of transforming traditional train ticket booking into a modern, user-friendly digital experience. Solution
Our team at Square Infosoft developed a robust cross-platform mobile application using React Native to deliver high performance on both Android and iOS. We implemented a custom algorithm for waitlist prediction using historical data and machine learning, enabling users to make smarter booking decisions.
We integrated the app with IRCTC’s APIs and added features like instant booking, PNR status check, train route info, and AI-driven travel suggestions. To enhance user experience, we focused heavily on lightweight UX using Figma prototypes and ensured offline caching for route and ticket data to support low-connectivity environments.
Security was a top priority—SSL encryption and secure payment gateway integrations were implemented to protect user data and ensure seamless transactions. The backend was built using Node.js for scalable performance, while MongoDB was used to handle large volumes of train and user data.
