Simplimagine LLC wanted to make a web system, which would help companies to create and buy one-type documentation reducing expenses and time for preparation of such docs. The aim was to develop a set of constructors of the most typical legal documents, which allows setting the company's parameters such as the number of founders, authorized capital, etc. Moreover, lawyers should have the possibility to make templates of documents and set a flexible price on the use of these templates. The key capabilities of the service are sales stats gathering and flexible rates management.

Solution
We developed an interactive web editor (similar to Google Docs) where users can edit legal documents in a web browser. The constructor allows for specifying the company's necessary parameters step by step: the number of founders, authorized capital, etc. When the edit is finished, the user can save the doc in PDF format. Later they can buy these documents online using an integrated payment system - Robocassa (which accepts all legitimate types of payment in the Russian Federation). The service owners can trace the status and manage the prices using the administrative module.
