Tailwebs worked closely with the team in improving the overall user experience of the appointment booking system and bringing sales online. Tailwebs worked on designing the website, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the website and designing and creating the appointment booking system.

Tailwebs analysed that there is a 3x probability of being able to cross sell a shirt at the time of purchase of a suit. Custom marketing funnels were made to best use these statistics and bring an increment in the sale.
