The client, a Polish company, identified a significant gap in the market concerning a lack of a B2B platform for energy suppliers and producers in Poland. Their goal was to simplify the energy procurement process, recognizing the need for a more effective solution for businesses in the Polish energy sector.

In response to the challenge, the client developed a closed-model B2B platform that requires users to submit applications, including NDAs, for approval. Full administrative control is maintained, and new clients are added manually. The platform offers features such as account management for multiple employees, unique sorting preferences for energy procurement orders, and a comprehensive system for categorizing and responding to energy supply offers. It assesses financial benefits and risk profiles, allowing users to upload CSV files for comparison charts, initiate negotiations, and manage contracts efficiently.

The result of the project was the creation of an advanced marketplace that significantly enhanced the efficiency and transparency of energy procurement processes. The platform provides a seamless experience for users to negotiate contracts, manage accounts, and assess energy supply offers. It addresses the identified gap in the Polish market, fostering the growth of the energy sector in Europe by offering a powerful tool for businesses to streamline their energy procurement activities.
