Team Work Spirit rebuilt the platform from the ground up. We implemented a custom ordering and subscription system, secure provider-patient messaging, real-time order tracking, and refund management. Zoho CRM was integrated to streamline operations. We upgraded payment processing with Stripe and Authorize.net, and connected the platform to a national network of pharmacies and healthcare providers. The full architecture was redesigned to meet HIPAA requirements and support long-term scalability.
