Solution
We added features and functionality based on customer feedback from our pilot phase. They had an MVP but needed to make it more valuable for their clients. Software compliance was a key part of the project. We also improved the user experience and helped them with strategic places to focus their spending.
Whenever we develop new versions or functionality, they evaluate each element and troubleshoot it together until it works. If something breaks, we fix it immediately.
