The client had come up with an idea to solve a need in the education space but personally doesn’t code so she needed a partner to help create the app for her.

Solution
The app helps consolidate the various means of communication that schools use to communicate with parents, which can usually number up to 6–7 different channels. Bindr is introducing a solution that allows schools to remove some of that redundancy.
The program really holds the parents’ hands as far as reminding them of different events, everything happening at the school, and linking to any information that a parent would need about a particular school activity.
The client provided us with rough, hand-drawn sketches of what she wanted. We got our designers to design the full app, including user flows and specific features. Once the client approved those, we developed the app on iOS, Android, and the web from the ground up.

One of the biggest feedback points the client has gotten so far is that the interface is very clean and easy to use. It’s self-explanatory and not buggy, which people really like.
From a business standpoint, parents love the easy access of being able to go to one place and find everything they need for their child’s school.
