The client needed an easy-to-use, secure mobile solution to help healthcare workers manage Directly Observed Therapy (DOT) at scale. They needed to simplify how healthcare teams view patient details, document visits, communicate with patients, and track treatment all while ensuring strict HIPAA compliance for sensitive patient data.

Solution
We designed and developed a cross-platform HIPAA-compliant Patient Care Management mobile app for iOS and Android, powered by React Native. The app includes secure messaging and calling, navigation services for home visits, prescription tracking, offline submission capabilities, and robust patient engagement tools. We built it with AWS Cloud, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Realm, and a secure architecture to handle Protected Health Information (PHI) safely.
