Challenge

The client needed an affordable, easy-to-use sales coaching and training platform to help businesses boost sales performance through better coaching. Their goal was to create a collaborative tool that connects sales leaders and new hires, captures valuable sales conversations, and turns them into actionable training material all in real time.

Solution

Technology Rivers built their mobile and web app that transcribes conversations in real-time. Their product works by connecting to a user calendar and notifying the user’s manager and sales coach when the software is being used. When a call is initiated, the recording begins and the sales coach and manager can connect live. The coach can then provide the user with instructions without the customer hearing them in the background. The AI of their platform recognizes the tonality of the user’s and coach’s voice, so it can analyze the probability of a successful sale or the customer’s experience.

Results

We built every function they required and met each of their expectations. We created a Sales Coaching and Training platform. It is a multi-tent Software as a Service (SaaS) application that records, transcribes, analyzes calls & online meetings, and shares the transcription & audio with teams in real-time. The Ripcord.io application is available as a responsive web app, Chrome extension, desktop application, and progressive web application.
