Electrify Arabia, a leading provider of EV charging solutions in the UAE, faced operational inefficiencies with their Charging Point Management System (CPMS). The system lacked integration with multiple charging station networks, leading to a confusing user experience. Additionally, poor UI/UX design, manual management processes, and limited scalability hindered growth.
