Our client, a key player in the travel industry, needed to modernize their operations with a custom ERP system that would allow them to have control over their processes. Their existing systems struggled to handle complex accounting and tax requirements, hindering efficiency and integration. The challenge was to develop a custom ERP platform that addressed these pain points while ensuring seamless data exchange across departments and systems.

To tackle the project, we assembled a dedicated team of 9 professionals, including Business Analysts, Full-stack developers, a Tech Leader, and a Team Manager. Collaborating closely with client stakeholders, acting as Product Owners, we conducted extensive research to understand the unique needs of the travel industry. Customizing the ERP to accommodate regional accounting and tax regulations, we integrated advanced technologies for smooth communication between the ERP and existing systems. Agile methodologies allowed for continuous improvements through iterative sprints.
