Merkos 302, was seeking to create a comprehensive digital platform to unite the Jewish community worldwide and streamline the management of their various organizations. They faced the challenge of integrating numerous functions and programs into a single, user-friendly platform that could serve the diverse needs of their community members, from religious practices to social connections. In addition, they desired to create specific functionalities for different age groups and interests within the community, further complicating the development process.

ThinkUp tackled this multifaceted problem by designing and developing "Chabad Plus" a SuperApp for Merkos 302. This SuperApp integrates multiple mini-apps, allowing users to engage with various functions and programs in one place. The platform is customizable according to individual needs, with the flexibility to activate or deactivate different components and include third-party components in the application. Some of the features include Events, Learning Classes, Social Connection, Religious Practice, Volunteer Opportunities, Chaplaincy and Social Support, Shabbat and Holiday Celebrations, Life Milestones, and much more.
