The primary challenge in the "HERO" project was to create a robust sales lead management solution tailored for the internal sales workforce operating in rural areas. These areas often face connectivity issues, making it essential for the app to function effectively in offline mode. Additionally, there was a need to audit sold vehicles efficiently and capture new leads, all while managing a high volume of data and ensuring user-friendly operations for a diverse, multilingual sales team.


To tackle these challenges, the "HERO" app was developed with several key features. It was designed as a localized, multi-lingual solution to cater to the diverse linguistic needs of the sales team. The app included an efficient lead distribution system to ensure leads were allocated appropriately among the team. Automatic follow-up features were integrated to streamline the lead conversion process. The app also provided instant push notifications to keep the sales team updated in real-time. Importantly, the app was capable of handling up to 50,000 leads per month, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Moreover, its ability to run in offline mode ensured uninterrupted functionality in rural areas with connectivity challenges.
