Solution

A performance review is a common methodology for tracking an employee's professional performance. The 360° evaluation product combines all processes for performance review: creating questionnaires, preparing assessment lists, and summarizing the results in explicit reports. Colleagues, subordinates and manager complete questionnaires, then information is aggregated in a dashboard. Abridged data and evaluations allow managers and employees to summarize in-person meetings, work out development plans, and make comments. Among other things, it is a handy tool for new managers who can quickly get to know the performance of all their subordinates.
