Managers direct the process via a web portal, where they create tasks on a checklist to carry out the necessary inspections. The finished checklists go straight to the merchandisers' smartphones. They consistently go through all the questions, attach photos, leave comments, and send the results back to supervisors. Managers can collect reports using any convenient breakdown by store, region, or product category.

2,919 employees completed 160,706 checklists. Approximately 45,000 questions created and more than 22,000 photos saved. The company guarantees 100% compliance with the product matrix and timely launch of promotions throughout the network.
