Provide a tool for planning and controlling the company's expenses on corporate benefits co-financing. Digitize the decision chain: assign points - choose a reward - write off points - properly process the necessary service

Solution

The portal allows the employee to review the available benefits and select the appropriate ones for the coming year. It can be a VMI policy, additional professional training, sports or children's vacations. Our module has two views: for employees and for HR specialists. 1. Employees can find information on benefits, their cost, and individual offers in their personal account. Under the selected benefit, the employee can sign the contract themselves and attach supporting documents in the personal office, and the company will reimburse the amount. 2. The HR specialist has an administrator portal. With its help, the employee can comment on the request, change the status and send documents for execution with one button and immediately in the necessary format.

Results
