Due to the pandemic context, students and teachers had to turn to the virtual modality and needed to use the platform exclusively. The various usability and interaction problems with the Moodle interface became evident.
The coordination team received complaints and suggestions on a daily basis, and while they knew there was much room for improvement, they specifically did not know what or how.
The faculty needed, on the one hand, to optimize the platform and adapt it to the new needs to improve the user experience, and on the other hand, to redesign the interface to give it a fresh and modern style.

We achieved a significant improvement in usability, where users found themselves in front of a more practical and intuitive platform.
During the final usability tests, the different student and teacher testimonials collected mentioned that it was very easy for them to find what they were looking for, all within a couple of clicks.
