Challenge

Since the current website had issues acquiring and maintaining leads, the goal was to develop an optimized website that appealed to users, increased engagement and boosted conversion rates. The primary focus was on the UI and UX of the website, to maximize the user’s journey and experience.

Solution

Through data analytics and some intel from our client, we were able to determine their competition in the market. Our focus was to create a website that features a top notch UI/UX and acts as an efficient sales validator. Subsequently, we defined the information architecture and identified the elements of the website. Our in-house information architecture experts employed the card sorting process to label elements and meet the business objectives, completing the sales funnel in the process. The research on the end-users gave us ample ideas about the kind of intuitive design the target demographic desires. We designed and developed a website that stood out from the company’s top five competitors.
