The main challenge was managing a vast amount of asset data for over 100,000 individual assets across different locations. Ensuring real-time updates while coordinating hundreds of technicians posed a significant logistical challenge. The system needed to handle complex multi-role access, ensuring that technicians, managers, and administrators could each access and manipulate only the data relevant to their role. Additionally, creating 21 dynamic reports with varying parameters was technically demanding, as the system had to aggregate, filter, and process large datasets accurately without affecting performance or system reliability.

UUUSoftware built an asset management system for a top-tier Canadian bank to support a large-scale operating system upgrade. They created a centralized asset database and a process for managing and scheduling asset refreshes for hundreds of technicians. The platform featured multi-role access and was built using Angular for front-end and RESTful services for the backend.
