Multi-Business Holding Website Design & Development for Goldbach Group
Challenge
Goldbach Group is a European holding delivering large-scale construction and commercial development projects, from standalone retail units to full shopping destinations and logistics infrastructure. Its portfolio includes partnerships with major retail chains across the region, and its operations span architectural design, property management, consulting, and solar energy. The challenge was not designing a single website. It was translating an entire holding, with multiple strong businesses, each with its own director, identity, and audience, into one coherent digital system. Each business needed to feel distinct while clearly belonging to the same group. Decisions moved simultaneously across separate stakeholders, and every outcome had to align across all of them.

Solution
We assembled a full-cycle team: a brand designer to set the overarching visual direction, multiple web designers to handle the scale, and a front-end and back-end developer pair to execute the build, with a QA specialist and project manager keeping parallel tracks together. We established a unified visual language with shared structural rules while preserving enough personality in each site to reflect its specific role within the group. The design direction was kept deliberately calm and professional, built for longevity over trends. All sites were developed on WordPress with flexible block structures and custom content templates that the internal Goldbach team could manage independently. Technical essentials were built into the core from the start: reCAPTCHA, SMTP configuration, news filtering, custom project sorting, full responsiveness, analytics integration, and SEO foundations.
