Guesty aimed to optimize their payouts system through the GuestyPay platform to enable apartment owners to seamlessly pay vendors. For that to happen, it was necessary to implement and support bank transfers on multiple countries that complied with the national banking regulations.Recognizing the technical and regulatory challenges involved, Guesty partnered with us to effectively address these needs and improve operational efficiency.

Solution
We first developed and integrated systems into GuestyPay that generate bank-compliant payout files for different regions (NACHA, ABA and NZ compliant).
Then we integrated AirWallex using their APIs and SDKs to automate onboarding processes such as KYC, KYB, RFI, and bank transfers via ACH.

Results
We improved GuestyPay’s efficiency and compliance that passed rigorous tests of major banks like JP Morgan, Chase and Valley Bank.
The payoutflow became fully automated with the integration of Airwallex, enabling faster operations and a smooth user experience, positioning Guesty as a strong leader in the hospitality tech market.
