ClassPass was looking to quickly extend their existing team with several seasoned developers as the scope of work exceeded the number of resources they were able to hire locally.
From a technical perspective, the Client tasked us with enhancing their existing solution and improving overall performance.

Solution
Vention demonstrated excellent flexibility in ramping-up in-house resources. We managed to scale the ClassPass team from 6 developers up to 30+ within just 2 months.
Within the project workflow, our team developed feature-rich web solutions as well as iOS and Android native mobile apps equipped with a set of powerful features:
Admin panel for seamless user and venue management
Venue Portal so that studios can manage their profiles on ClassPass
Additionally, the Vention team set up a CI/CD pipeline for internal services coupled with DevOps best practices. This ensured a smooth running web application resulting in ClassPass being able to scale its presence to 49 cities worldwide while uniting more than 8,500 studios.
