Once we connected with Tap Labs, we dove into the discovery phase.

Together, we outlined every pathway that a unique user might take through the system. With our expertise and Kelly’s vision, we mapped out the best possible flow and design for the target user. We built a well-rounded system that included a customer-facing app, a lab technician app, an administrator interface, and an online booking system.

The TapLabs app launched in March 2021, and since then, they have grossed over $1 million in revenue through the system.
