Centralized Product Hub with Automated Multi-Platform Pricing for E-Commerce
Challenge
This refurbished and recycled electronics retailer sold across multiple platforms, and each one arrived with its own schema, its own listing rules, and its own pricing dynamics. The same product had to be re-entered, reformatted, and re-categorized for Amazon, Walmart, and every new channel. Prices were set once and rarely revisited, on platforms where the buy box is won or lost on price. Inventory, pricing, and listing status lived in separate silos: no one could say what was selling, where, or at what price without going through a spreadsheet.

Solution
Webisoft built a central product hub that connects to each platform through its native API and pushes a single catalog to all of them. Products are managed once: the hub maps each item to every platform's schema, then publishes, updates, and removes listings automatically. A pricing engine continuously monitors each channel and adjusts according to the client's own rules (floor, ceiling, target margin, competitor position) so every listing stays competitive on its own terms. Inventory syncs across channels in real time, and orders flow back to one place for fulfillment.

Results
Catalog management went from hours of manual, platform-by-platform re-entry to a single edit that syncs everywhere. The old spreadsheet workflow, copying product codes between dashboards by hand, was eliminated entirely. Prices now track the market on their own instead of sitting stale until someone remembers to check. And because each new channel is just a mapping, not a new manual process, the client can add platforms without adding headcount.
