Challenge

The biggest challenge to overcome was to design and build the system architecture that is stabilized and give users the best possible experience to access thousands of workout/ yoga/ meditation-videos, recipes, and various blogs and studies around healthcare. All in one place. We studied similar systems, apps, and case studies and presented the different themes to finalize the right one. Earlier the website was built with one module in WordPress which failed in terms of user experience and customization due to the technology limitations so the client had a clear mindset in terms of end-user experience for custom build website development.

Solution

This is an interesting story of the discovery phase where we just finalized the deal to move forward with the project and we were building up the scope of work by working on the requirement gathering part. The client is in PST timezone so it was almost midnight during their morning time when the Project Manager used to take the call with the team. The client presented around 80-page of documentation which they initially planned in their WordPress development.
