A fintech business wanted to build a mobile application that allows users to track their cryptocurrency portfolios, including Bitcoin and various altcoins, in one place. The aim was to simplify portfolio monitoring without the complexity of full trading platforms.
The app needed to support over 250 cryptocurrencies, provide real-time market data and instant portfolio updates, and deliver smooth, fast performance on Android with a clean and intuitive interface.

We developed CryptoTrax as a performance-focused Android application with a simple and user-friendly design. The app was built using Flutter to ensure smooth performance and future cross-platform potential.
A secure backend was implemented using Node.js and Nest.js, with MongoDB handling portfolio data, transaction history, and app settings. Live cryptocurrency APIs were integrated to fetch real-time prices and market data, while dynamic data handling was optimized to ensure instant calculations and updates.
The UI/UX was kept lightweight and responsive to make portfolio tracking easy for users of all experience levels.
