The client wanted to build a community-powered music identification app that helps users discover and identify unknown electronic tracks by combining music technology with social networking. The platform needed to allow users to upload and record clips, interact through likes and comments, manage profiles, and browse a growing library of identified tracks, all while ensuring smooth audio playback and fast feed navigation.

Solution
We developed Hack The Track as a mobile-first platform focused on audio handling and community engagement. The Android app was built using Flutter with a modern, intuitive UI. Flutter’s media plugins enabled in-app recording, uploading, and playback of music clips. A real-time feed and community system was implemented to support posts, likes, comments, and notifications. Profile management screens allowed users to track uploads, interactions, and identified songs. Cloud storage was used for secure and efficient hosting of music clips, while a lightweight backend API managed user data, uploads, and track identification updates. The UI/UX was designed for fast, smooth navigation tailored to music enthusiasts.
