A construction company wanted to create an AI-driven digital platform to transform traditional hoist elevators into smart, data-generating assets. The goal was to enable real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency while integrating hardware and software into a unified ecosystem. The platform needed mobile dashboards for field teams, a web portal for managers, secure access, and seamless integration with ERP, BIM, and IoT systems.

We developed Liftech as an integrated platform combining AI, IoT, and digital tools. iOS and Android apps were built with Flutter to provide real-time hoist monitoring, anomaly alerts, and predictive maintenance dashboards. Biometric authentication and encrypted document sharing ensured secure mobile access. A web portal for managers offered Gantt charts, efficiency reports, and team collaboration tools. AI models processed sensor data from equipment to generate predictive maintenance insights and optimize performance. APIs enabled integration with ERP, BIM, and IoT systems, and the backend was optimized for real-time data processing and scalable analytics delivery.
