Challenge
EZ Blockchain, a leading U.S. cloud mining provider working closely with energy, oil, and gas sectors, faced a critical challenge: the lack of a unified, real-time monitoring platform for their mining infrastructure. Operations were growing increasingly complex, and reliance on manual data collection, fragmented billing, and delayed analytics hindered scalability and transparency. The client aimed to shift toward a more B2C-friendly model, but without a user-centric digital platform, attracting and retaining customers at scale was difficult. Their key objective was to develop a secure, scalable dashboard that would automate equipment monitoring, billing, and reporting, reduce support workload, and improve the customer experience across mobile and desktop platforms.

Solution
WEZOM developed a custom AI-enabled dashboard for real-time mining equipment monitoring. The platform uses WebSocket connections to deliver live metrics such as hash rate, temperature, power consumption, and failure rates—data sourced directly from mining pools, APIs, and devices. We designed a responsive UI/UX through iterative testing and real-user feedback to ensure mobile-first functionality.
Billing automation was a key priority. We integrated the dashboard with the client’s accounting tools via API, enabling auto-generated invoices, contract access, and real-time transaction histories—all accessible to customers without manager involvement. This drastically reduced billing disputes and support load.
The admin panel was built on a modular architecture. It provides advanced analytics, manages customer and rig data, and includes a “Client Success Office” module for support staff. The platform allows internal teams to generate custom reports, track miner performance, and handle user queries with improved accuracy and speed.
Our MVP solution also supports full digital workflows and is optimized for future scalability, enabling seamless integration with other internal systems and external partner platforms.
