The client was struggling with declining direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales and wanted to reverse the trend by overhauling their online store. They aimed to leverage the advanced capabilities of the Salesforce platform to improve their online presence, streamline processes, and enhance the customer experience. The challenge was to create a robust and scalable online store that could cater to their growing customer base while providing a seamless shopping experience.


Redesigned multiple sections of the online store to improve customer experience. Improved page speed through back-end optimization on the Salesforce commerce cloud. Optimized the whole website for mobile devices. Made UI changes to the Homepage, Category, Product listings, and Description pages and checkout to bring significant improvement in the user experience. Reconfigured pop ups and CTAs as per best practices.


The client witnessed a substantial improvement across all the key performance indicators (KPIs) of their online store, including average order value, click-through rates, traffic to destination pages, cart abandonment rate, and conversion rates. The revamped online store, with its user-friendly layout, visually appealing designs, and optimized call-to-action buttons, provided a seamless and engaging shopping experience that resulted in increased customer engagement and satisfaction.
