VOXA aimed to bridge the gap between Romanian content (books, podcasts) and technology by building an app to make digital audio streaming better. Building an app both for web and mobile that provides access to thousands of ebooks, audiobooks, podcasts, and more while considering the copyright licenses, scalability, and a streamlined user experience were the main components we looked at during the development process.

VOXA launched a mobile app on both iOS and Android and a website for all Romanian content. The subscription gives everyone access to thousands of books, audiobooks, and podcasts – conveniently on your phone when you don’t have a book to distract yourself with. The interface is extremely friendly and people can easily browse their audiobooks and ebooks based on multiple categories, available time to listen to something, authors, narrators, recommendations, and much more.
