After doing market research we found
they are more dependent on ALEXA tracking so, P/I will have 2 option to authorize their profiles using either Google Analytics OR ALEXA.

Results
Clients and P/I can interact and upon a completion of campaign, P/I gets payment from the client. Everything within this tool would be automatic and wildfyre have capabilities to decide the expertise of the P/I and define a tire for them. P/I rates are defined based on the tire numbers.
