trECO – Discover Iceland Eco-Travel Web Product
Challenge
trECO needed a digital product for presenting eco-travel tours and nature-based experiences in Iceland.
The challenge was to create an experience that felt immersive and destination-led, while still helping users quickly understand available tours, routes, inclusions, and next steps.
The product had to support both emotional travel discovery and practical conversion: users needed to explore the destination, review tour details, and move toward enquiry or booking without unnecessary friction.

Solution
We designed the first digital product surface for trECO, covering UX/UI design, brand and visual identity, responsive front-end, and interactive prototyping. The user journey was structured around the main travel flow: discover Iceland, explore tours, review detailed tour pages, and take action.
The project included:
- UX and content architecture for Top Sights, Tours, Experiences, detailed tour pages, and Contacts.
- A brand-led visual system with large landscape imagery, strong typography, calm spacing, and editorial-style layouts.
- Detailed tour page templates with highlights, inclusions, route context, location details, and enquiry or booking actions.
- Interactive elements including booking forms, feedback forms, social sharing, and a tour location map.
- Mobile-first responsive layouts for phones, tablets, and desktop screens.
- Motion and video sections used to add atmosphere without slowing down the experience.
- High-fidelity Figma prototypes to validate the journey and support development handoff.
- A scalable structure prepared for future CMS, payments, booking engine, and tour catalogue expansion.
