Challenge

Al Noor Boutique, a Dubai-based fashion retailer, relied on an outdated website that was slow, not mobile-friendly, and difficult to manage. Over 70% of its visitors browsed on mobile, yet the checkout process was long and confusing, leading to a high cart abandonment rate. The site had no Arabic version, which limited reach among local customers, and poor SEO meant it barely appeared in search results for key product terms. The internal team also struggled to update products and promotions without developer help. The client needed a modern, fast, bilingual online store that could increase sales and be managed independently.

Solution

We began with a discovery workshop, competitor analysis, and user research to understand customer behavior. Our designers created a clean, mobile-first interface with simplified navigation, product filters, and a streamlined one-page checkout. We built the store on WordPress with WooCommerce, adding full English and Arabic support with right-to-left layouts. Local payment gateways and cash-on-delivery options were integrated, along with shipping tools for UAE-wide delivery. We optimized page speed through image compression, caching, and a CDN, and applied technical SEO best practices including structured data and clean URLs. Finally, we trained the client’s team to manage products, orders, and campaigns on their own.

Results

Within six months of launch, the new store delivered measurable improvements. Page load time dropped from about 6 seconds to under 2 seconds, and mobile conversion rate increased by 45%. Cart abandonment fell by 30% thanks to the simplified checkout, while organic traffic grew by 80% as the bilingual, SEO-optimized pages began ranking for relevant keywords. Online revenue rose by 60% compared with the same period the previous year.
