For businesses of roughly 20 to 300 people, we automate the manual work around and between their systems. We connect CRM, ERP, accounting and operational tools, remove repeated data entry and manual handoffs, automate reporting and make company documents searchable. We use AI where it solves a practical problem, such as source-cited document search or support triage.
For founders with domain expertise, funding for a useful first phase and access to prospective users, we shape the first release, design the product, build it for web or mobile and improve it with real user feedback.
For TCE, an infrastructure company, we built source-cited AI search across bid packages that can reach 5,000 to 50,000 pages. It is in production and still used, with an estimated 83% reduction in document search time based on engineer interviews and client estimates. For Ergo Global we built connected customer operations systems. Over five months the support platform managed 11,782 conversations across seven inboxes, and an automated follow-up program sent 3,019 personalized check-ins across 1,749 employee profiles.
For founders, we built Leelou AI, a multilingual text and voice coaching product designed around TNM's coaching standards, and turned GTS Innovative's rough wireframes into a complete AI-assisted marketplace with 50+ screens and 15+ core workflows.
We work one week at a time, covering the planning, design, development and testing the project needs most. Clients get a weekly 30-minute meeting and daily chat with the team in our client portal, and each completed phase includes 30 days of bug fixing at no extra charge.
Tell us which manual process is costing your team time, or what product you want to build, and we will help you choose the first useful step.

Processes and approach
How do you gather and validate client requirements?
We start with a call about the workflow or product and the people it affects, so no specification is needed upfront. In the first week, and sometimes the second, we run workshops with your team to map the process, agree what the first phase must do and write a completion checklist together, including how each item will be tested. That checklist is what we build and test against.
How do you ensure alignment with client goals and business strategy?
In the workshops we agree what the first phase must achieve and how it will be tested. Each week we review progress in a 30-minute meeting, and later phases and priorities can be revisited as you learn more. If something new comes up, we talk it through first, and nothing extra is added without your approval. Our founder stays accountable for scope and decisions from the first call to release.
Which software development methodologies do you use (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)?
We work one week at a time, and each week covers the planning, design, development and testing the project needs most. Priorities are reviewed in a weekly meeting, and later phases can be re-planned as real users give feedback. It is an iterative approach built around short cycles and a completion checklist agreed with the client.
How do you keep clients and stakeholders updated on project progress?
You get a weekly 30-minute meeting to review progress and agree next steps, and you can reach the team any day through chat in our client portal. You talk directly to the people building your software, not an account manager.
How frequently do you hold check-in meetings or status updates?
Once a week, in a 30-minute meeting. Day-to-day questions go through chat in our client portal.
What quality assurance practices do you follow?
Our Head of Delivery owns quality. Each phase has a completion checklist agreed with the client that says how every item will be tested, and we test against it, including edge cases, before handing work over. Releases are checked before they reach you, and each completed phase includes 30 days of bug fixing at no extra charge.
How do you identify and manage project risks?
We surface the biggest unknowns in the first workshops, such as data quality, integrations with existing systems or how reliable an AI step needs to be, and plan early work to test them. Working one week at a time limits exposure, because priorities and later phases can be revisited each week. Our founder tells you directly about trade-offs and bad news, and will say honestly when an existing tool already solves the problem.
What kind of support or maintenance do you offer after delivery?
Each completed phase includes 30 days of bug fixing at no extra charge. After that, ongoing maintenance, AI tuning and further improvements can be agreed separately.
