The client needed a web and mobile platform to support owner-operators in managing freight shipments, delivery documentation, and billing-related workflows. A key challenge was capturing signed Proof of Delivery documents in real-world trucking conditions, where lighting and connectivity could be inconsistent. Blurred, distorted, or low-contrast images could fail validation by invoice verification and payment processing systems, creating delays and additional manual work.

Image-processing features including document and edge detection, automatic cropping, perspective correction, contrast adjustment, and black-and-white conversion improved scan quality. The platform also integrated shipment documentation with backend verification and payment-related workflows.
