Altoros crafted a system enabling users to effortlessly upload tender conditions and participant lists for seamless processing. The system automates template generation for each vendor, sending out invitations. Participants fill standardized forms, and upon return, the system processes tender offerings, including pricing and product/service details. Automatic generation of a competitive offer report simplifies decision-making. Beyond this, Altoros developed additional automation systems for Toyota, encompassing report generators, a file-viewing system for rare formats, a draft approval management subsystem, and more.
