Lack of Resources
During the outset, there were inadequate resources as per the scope of the project. The issue was resolved immediately by hiring the right team of developers, designers, and testers that worked diligently towards transforming the client’s idea into a real success
Compatibility with Lower Android Versions
The client wanted the app to be compatible with Android 6 and 7, which posed challenges due to performance optimization issues, security vulnerabilities, and API depreciation. Our team overcame all challenges efficiently with strategies such as code modularization, compatibility libraries, and effective algorithm implementation.
Changing Requirements
Initially, the client wanted us to use a paid video editing tool for the app, however, due to budget constraints, the requirement was later changed to building a custom video editing tool. Our team met with the client's requirements with due diligence while adhering to all deadlines proactively.
Implementation
The PoCs that were developed during the initial stages of the project posed significant implementation challenges as they did not turn out to fulfill all client requirements. Our team, thus, proactively and efficiently conducted the R&D again and ultimately launched a product that exceeded the client’s expectations.

Our team’s consistent efforts led to the creation of an innovative and user-friendly app that makes education easy for people with disabilities and students belonging to low income groups. Our relentless pursuit also led to the client scaling its operations immensely where they can now make education accessible to a wider user base across the country.
