Challenge

A client aimed to develop a mobile application and website for a charitable foundation, seeking an innovative platform to unite charities and projects while offering a seamless way for users to make donations. The project demanded easy login options via social networks or SMS, straightforward donation methods, and a marketplace for charitable entities to register, share updates, and manage funds. Ensuring data synchronization between the app and website and maintaining stringent security were also pivotal, alongside prioritizing an intuitive design for superior user experience.

Solution

We crafted the "I Want to Help" application, a pioneering platform designed to bridge the gap between charitable organizations and potential donors. The application and website emphasized user-friendly access and transactions, enabling donations through multiple payment systems. We introduced a comprehensive marketplace for charities to showcase their projects, facilitate fund management, and withdraw support. A robust moderation and verification system was implemented to secure user trust, while meticulous attention was given to the platforms' visual and interactive elements to ensure ease of use.

Results

The launch of the "I Want to Help" application marked a significant advancement in online philanthropy, enabling efficient collaboration between non-profit organizations and philanthropists. It not only streamlined operations for charities but also enhanced their reach for financial aid, volunteers, and resources. For users, it cultivated a straightforward path to stay informed and engage with charitable causes. This development represented a substantial contribution to the charitable sector, fostering accessibility and convenience in supporting societal needs.
